Today, the University of Sheffield Lifesaving club hosted its first ever competition. Organised by our beloved captain and treasurer, Shannon Potter and Helen Morris, and held at Goodwin pool, the day went fantastically.

Three teams from Sheffield attended, with, out of 23 teams, Sheffield C coming 20th, Sheffield B coming 15th and Sheffield A coming 3rd!

Congratulations to Loughborough A who came 2nd and Birmingham A who won the competition.

A huge thank you to everyone who was involved in organising the competition, all of the judges and volunteers without whom we couldn't have run the competition, and a special thank you to Goodwin Pool and the University of Sheffield Student's Union for letting us use their facilities.

We hope to see you all again next year!
