Lifesaving is a demanding multidisciplinary sport which everyone from swimmers, to lifeguards, to beginners can take part in.
Our club caters for all aspects of lifesaving. Whether you're a lifeguard who wants training hours, a competitive swimmer looking for more diverse races, you're interested in getting a qualification or a complete beginner who wants to learn first aid and lifesaving skills, we're confident that our club has something for you.
