Welcoming Our New Committee: Treasurer

We hope everyone is having a great weekend! Not long to go before Freshers' Week! Next up, our new Treasurer, Rachel Bond is going to introduce herself to you.

"Hey, my name’s Rachel and I’m going into my final year studying Geography. Completing a lifeguarding course whilst at school made me interested in first aid, therefore making me eager to join as soon as I realised that there was a genuine sport that incorporated both this and physical activity.

Having done almost 2 years with the club, I wanted to give back by becoming part of the committee and helping create a fun atmosphere for our members.

As Treasurer, I would like to be able to use our money to subsidise competitions and other events. I would also like the club to be well advertised to incoming students, and to have a welcoming atmosphere for all the new students we’ll gain!"
