Meet Our New Committee: Secretary & Social Secretary

The second committee member to introduce herself is last year's Club Captain, Ellie Murray. She will be this year's Secretary and Social Secretary.

"Hi potential new lifesavers! I'm Ellie & I'm this year's Secretary and Social Secretary - it's now my 4th year in the club and my 3rd year on the committee (I feel old). I'm currently in my first year of a masters in Physician Associate Studies.

Lifesaving is a weird and wonderful sport that will let you learn so many skills & make lifelong friends. Anyone who's even a little bit curious about lifesaving sport: I can't encourage you enough to come along to our free taster sessions! We're a really friendly bunch & can answer any questions you have.

This year I'm keen to arrange a variety of fun & inclusive activities (including Notty House pie) as well as the standard ROAR night out. I'm really looking forward our Give it a Go sessions, & meeting our new members (as well as the Freshers Baywatch Social of course).
